Riga Business School (RBS) invites potential bachelor’s level students to its Open Door Day on December 6 at 12:00, offering an opportunity to learn more about the study environment, academic approach, and the people who make up the RBS community.
During the event, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of studies based on North American education standards, implemented in cooperation with the University at Buffalo (USA) and the University of Ottawa (Canada). This approach ensures internationally recognized academic quality, emphasizing project-based learning, critical thinking, and leadership development, preparing students for successful global careers.
The day’s program will begin at Zunda Krastmala 8, auditorium 108, with a welcome address from the RBS Director and a presentation by the Student Union about student life and opportunities at RBS. Following that, the Bachelor Program Director will introduce the academic content and opportunities offered by RBS study programs. Participants will also learn about the application process, study financing options, and take part in a Q&A session, as well as hear current students’ and alumni stories about their academic and professional journeys at RBS and beyond.
After the official part, guests will head to the RBS building at Ķīpsalas Street 6 for a tour of the School’s facilities and an interactive activity that allows them to experience a day in the life of an RBS student. The event will conclude at 3:00 PM with a group photo and informal networking session with students, alumni, and staff.
The Open Door Day offers everyone a chance to get an authentic feel for RBS’s environment, its international academic approach, and its core values—excellence, professionalism, and collaboration. It’s an opportunity to become part of a community that shapes the leaders of tomorrow.
