RTU Riga Business School is inviting applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the field of Economics and Entrepreneurship, within the sub-field of Other Economics and Entrepreneurship. This position is aligned with the indicative research theme: “The Role of Business Analytics in Enhancing Organisational Performance and Promoting Competitiveness in the Context of Digital Transformation.”
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance study programs and academic courses;

Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the university;

Inspire students to consider academic careers through mentorship and example;

Introduce and implement innovations in the study process;

Deliver lectures at Master’s and Doctoral levels;

Supervise final theses;
-
Identify research priorities and attract, manage, and implement international research projects;

Promote the commercialization and societal impact of research-driven innovations;

Represent RTU in international academic forums, conferences, and events;

Participate in faculty and departmental activities;

Advise and support the academic development of university staff;

Publish research in high-quality, peer-reviewed international journals.
