In late April, a group of 48 brave, committed young ladies graduated from Future Heroes Latvia Season #3, and we are thrilled to congratulate them on this impressive achievement. At Riga Business School, we strongly believe in empowering the youth and providing them with top-notch education in business and IT.
During the program, we had the privilege of running lectures on pitching and business models, as well as leadership, which were led by Claudio Rivera and Aldis Greitāns. Additionally, we provided mentorship to various teams throughout the program – we extend our sincere gratitude to Agnese Strazda and Elza Priede for this.
We are particularly proud to recognize the recipients of the True Grit Award, which celebrates those who go above and beyond. The award is based on the experience of the teams’ mentors throughout the program, and this season, ten teams received this prestigious honor. In recognition of their efforts, each award winner received a career coaching masterclass from two of our distinguished Riga Business School faculty members, Claudio Rivera and Inese Muzikante.
We are honored to have been a part of the Future Heroes Latvia program and look forward to continuing our efforts to empower and educate young women in business and IT.
