This Advanced Business Negotiation course explores both strategic and structural aspects of negotiation and tactical skills for success. The course covers a range of topics on classical two-party negotiation, multiparty negotiation, cross-cultural and cross-generational negotiation, dealing with difficult partners and mean tactics, and disarming manipulation at the negotiating table.
This hands-on course is intended for senior business managers and business owners, for whom professional life and definition of success revolves around making successful deals and getting their way in negotiation. The course assumes that participants have previous basic negotiation training and/or sizeable practical experience in business negotiation.

Course faculty
The Advanced Business Negotiation course for Dealmakers is led by Daniels Pavļuts.
Daniels Pavļuts is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in negotiation, leadership, and change management. With a strong educational foundation from Harvard Kennedy School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he has become an expert in these areas.
With over 15 years of experience as a business trainer, Daniels has provided valuable insights and guidance to numerous organizations in negotiation, leadership, and team development. Additionally, his extensive practical experience as a government minister in Latvia, coupled with his consultancy work in various countries, including Baltic States, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, and Kosovo, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of multi-sector management.
As a visiting lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, RISEBA, and BA School of Business and Finance, Daniels continues to share his expertise and shape the next generation of business professionals.
