The main goals of the course

Are to develop practical knowledge of leading organizational change and transformation, strengthen change management and problem-solving skills, improve communication, facilitation, and decision-making abilities, enhance self-awareness and understanding of personal leadership values, and deepen understanding of how organizational structure and culture influence performance.
