What is supervision
Supervision is a form of counselling that provides ample space and time to reflect on professional functioning in complex situations. In group supervision, participants share their professional cases, gain new insights from other group members, support each other and explore possible solutions.

- Regular “professional hygiene” by gaining clarity on complex work situations

- Monthly face-to-face sessions: 3 hours at RBS premises
- Small group format: max 8 participants for focused discussions
- Active participation: attending all sessions is key to achieving maximum benefit
- Participants of non-competing organisations: final confirmation after application

Anita Āboltiņa
MBA, MSc in Psychology, is an RBS Alumna, certified supervisor, and certified work & organisational psychologist.
With 20+ years of corporate experience, Anita well understands the dynamics and challenges of the business world for both managers and specialists. In her private supervision practice, she helps her clients gain clarity, understand themselves and others, and thrive at work.

Participation fee
100 Eur per session (prepaid for 3 or 6 sessions)
50% of your fee will be donated to Riga Business School Alumni Association supporting its mission – to strengthen professional networks, elevate the reputation of our graduates, and support lifelong learning for our members.
