Researchers’ Night 2025: Riga Business School Joins for the First Time

This year, for the very first time, Riga Business School (RBS) at RTU will open its doors as part of researchers’ Night. On 26 September from 17:30 to 20:30, children, students, families, and industry professionals are invited to take part in engaging activities that will test teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity—while also exploring the latest artificial intelligence solutions and their applications in business.

By participating in at least two activities, visitors will have the chance to enter a raffle. Three winners will receive free access to the RBS LIFT online course “ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Others: From Zero to Results”, along with other valuable prizes from RBS.

Place:
📍 RBS activities – 2nd floor (Student Association room and hallway next to the AI Studio)

Activities:

When Everything Goes Wrong – What Do You Do?
Step into the role of a leader and test your crisis management skills! Receive a scenario with a challenging—or even unbelievable—business situation, craft a solution, and present it convincingly to others.

Imagine the Impossible
Unleash your creativity! You’ll be given an unusual everyday object, and your task will be to design a bold business idea for it and persuade others of its potential with a short presentation.

Logic Challenge
Sharpen your teamwork, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills by tackling puzzles adapted from Harvard University’s famous “Puzzle Day.”

Discover the Power of Artificial Intelligence at the AI Studio
Explore a range of AI applications—from emotion recognition and voice synthesis to real-time video subtitles. Visitors can try interactive activities such as a VR experience with Sony PlayStation or the game Quick, Draw! where AI attempts to guess your doodles. Videos created by Latvian companies will also showcase real-life IT and AI solutions in action.
