As a result of this recognition, Riga Business School’s two MBA (Master of Business Administration) programmes – the Professional MBA and the Executive MBA – have been recognised as the best in their segment.

Riga Business School’s Professional MBA is ranked 5th best in Eastern Europe, the Professional MBA with a specialisation in Marketing is ranked 16th best in Eastern Europe and the Executive MBA is ranked 17th best in Eastern Europe. Among Latvian universities, Riga Business School’s Master’s programmes are ranked the highest.

The Eduniversal ranking includes the 1000 best business schools and the best Master’s and MBA programmes in 153 countries and 9 regional areas. These rankings are designed to provide information to prospective students to help them choose their future studies.

I am very proud to receive this award for the work done by the Riga Business School’s team. We are developing programs, building international collaborations, creating a platform for educational innovation. These are the steps that allow us to offer the best business education in Latvia.

Director of Riga Business School

The official selection of the 1000 best business schools is based on quantitative and qualitative criteria. The selected schools are then divided into five levels of excellence called Palmes of Excellence. The level of excellence is awarded to each school mainly according to international performance criteria such as accreditation, other rankings, and membership of academic or professional associations or partnerships.

An international scientific committee is responsible for the formal selection of the top 1000 business schools, overseeing the deans’ voting process and overseeing Eduniversal’s business school ranking methodology. It is composed of 11 members: two Eduniversal executives and nine independent higher education experts. All members of the committee have significant experience in the academic world and in their field.

Eduniversal is headquartered in Paris. It is an international rating and evaluation agency specializing in higher education. The company has a strong track record in evaluating academic institutions and programs in France since 1994 and internationally since 2007.
