Why study the RBS Executive MBA?

During your EMBA studies, you will learn how to assess your own and your company’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth. You will learn how to take on a leadership role, and where to direct your resources in order to elevate yourself, your employees, and your company to the next level.

If you are the head of a company or a department or group, it is not enough to just be a manager, you have to be a LEADER! But in order to become a leader, you need to know yourself much more thoroughly than you are used to on a daily basis.

1. Studies in EMBA will help you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, it will help you to understand how to develop yourself as a leader, even if you are one already, because there are no limits to perfection.

2. You will learn many new economic areas important to the manager. These include financial analysis, project evaluation, obtaining relevant information for management to make important business decisions, risk assessment of the company’s development process (at the time of establishment of the company, at the highest point of development, or at the regression).

3. You will also learn to understand your employees – an asset without which no growing company can operate. For a manager, in order to develop himself / herself as a good leader, he / she must know the most important areas of talent management, motivational opportunities and creating a favorable company environment for the employee’s career opportunities!

Learning in an EMBA is like climbing the top of a mountain. Before climbing, it may seem that the peak is unattainable, but only when you have reached the top, you realize how wide the view is all around and how many new challenges and opportunities present themselves with the new horizons opened. The ability to see the most appropriate ways to reach them is created!
