The Shadow Day organized by JA Latvia is a nationwide career education event that gives students the opportunity to explore different professions and workplaces for one day. During the event, students “shadow” professionals, observe their daily tasks, learn about specific industries, and gain valuable insights into potential career paths. The initiative aims to help young people better understand the working environment, develop career awareness, and make more informed decisions about their future studies and professions.

As part of Job Shadow Day, we are also offering several shadowing opportunities within our team:

Student Recruitment and Marketing Communications Expert – Auce Mūrniece

Project Manager of “AI Studio” (Artificial Intelligence field) – Kaspars Mezeriņš

Students participating in these shadowing positions will have the chance to learn about communication strategies, student engagement and marketing activities, as well as innovative projects related to artificial intelligence.
