Program Overview

• Introduction to the program with team-building activities and leadership workshops.
• Video production process, covering pre-production, filming, and post-production at TV3.
• Latvijas Radio 5 tour and discussion on youth-focused content and challenges in reaching younger audiences.
• Delfi tour and shadowing the daily working routines of media experts.
• Group work to develop discussion scenarios and create multimedia content for the “Uncomfortable Questions Mailbox” broadcast, with feedback on recordings at Latvijas Radio 5.
• Guest lectures from influencers sharing personal and career stories.
• Capstone projects using design thinking to address real-world challenges, such as marketing campaigns or product prototypes.
• Final presentation of projects to community partners, concluding with motivational speeches.
