Our Story

In February, we kicked off the Future Changemakers Academy with 12 high school students ready to develop their leadership skills and dive into the exciting worlds of Fintech, Healthtech, and Greentech. Our journey began with partnerships from industry leaders like Balcia, Printful, the SEB Innovation Center, Riga Technical University, Medon, and Vigo Health Latvia.

This summer, our program expanded to 21 participants, who tackled challenges presented by Moller Baltic Import, airBaltic, and Rail Baltica. The young people gained exciting and practical experience by visiting these companies, which sparked their enthusiasm for driving change and considering careers in the transport field.

This February, I joined the Future Changemakers Academy program and got to experience so many new things, make friends, and learn a lot. The Academy helped me see and think about the daily challenges in entrepreneurship and gave me practical tools to deal with and prevent possible problems. The biggest lesson I took away from the program is that your toughest competitor is yourself. Everyone who spent time in this program ended up as a winner.
