Riga Business School organizes a Bonding Camp for first-year students to help them meet classmates, build connections, and start their academic journey together.

The event takes place in Saldus in an informal setting with various activities designed to encourage students to get to know each other and foster teamwork.

During the camp, students also start a project that they will develop throughout the semester. In December, students present their ideas to a wider audience. Traditionally, this event includes representatives from the local municipality where the Bonding Camp and project work took place. The best projects are awarded, promoting creativity and initiative.
