Empowering Women for Impactful Leadership

Empowering Women for Leadership program is tailored to strengthen women leadership potential by nurturing a culture of inclusiveness and equity and fostering sisterhood. The program shall equip women leaders with practical tools to address organizational issues women leaders are facing in their personal and professional growth.
The module sequence is thoughtfully designed by addressing first the values based authentic leadership followed by untangling and understanding most common organizational barriers and social biases frequently encountered in addressing and evaluating women leaders.

All of this shall help YOU to make the journey towards becoming an empowered, purpose-driven women leader!

CLASS 1 
December 7
  • Explore and identify your core authentic values for your organizational leadership.
  • Master the techniques how to strengthen self-mastery, to build authentic value leadership and the organizational values around your leadership persona.
  • Engage in discussions on how to build a consistent and emotionally intelligent narrative around your leadership story by highlighting women’s characteristics as leadership strengths.
CLASS 2 
December 8
  • Build a systemic view of your organization to strengthen your leadership role by assessing key organizational levers: processes and systems, and key players.
  • Strengthen your leadership full potential by creating support systems and teams, and cross-functional networks to build personal and organizational resilience.
CLASS 3 
December 11
  • Form an understanding of biological gender-influenced communication and negotiation styles.
  • Master competitive, authentic, and self-respectful communication ABC by listening, reflecting, and connecting with your organization.
  • Engage in discussions on how to provide constructive, emotionally intelligent feedback to nurture individual, team, and organizational growth.
CLASS 4 
December 12
  • Reflect on the stereotypes and biases women leadership is facing in the current organizational climate.
  • Review the organizational practices supporting and enforcing these stereotypes and biases, thus, restricting, and demotivating women to become leaders.
  • Engage in discussions on what particular steps a leader in an organization can undertake to make it more equitable and inclusive.
CLASS 5 
To be booked in advance
  • The 5th day of the program is devoted to individual coaching and mentoring sessions with the program participants.
