The course objectives are to focus on the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of organizations and their members, to understand why people and groups in organizations feel and behave the way they do, to identify processes and methods that can improve organizational members’ behavior and attitudes, and thus their effectiveness, and to develop and enhance your skills as an organizational member and a manager.
