The morning session will feature an in-depth case study analysis of a major corporate failure, setting the stage for understanding the principles behind unsuccessful business strategies.
In the afternoon, attendees will learn how to apply a multi-layered decision-making framework, supported by additional real-life examples and essential business concepts such as ROCE, Business Definition, the BCG Matrix, Corporate Culture, and Governance.
