What are your success habits?
All you need to do is plan ahead and be very structured. I am a big fan of to-do lists.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
I cannot think of one piece of advice that is the best. I am keen on learning from people around me, so there is a lot of advice that I now put into practice.
What are you most proud of?
My time-management skills – I really can squeeze quite a lot into just 24 hours.
What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
That I was “Latvijas Lepnums 2009”.
What have you always wanted to try, but have never found the time to actually do it?
Learn Spanish. However, since my teenage daughter would also like to do it, I guess, it might come true in the end.
What is your current challenge or goal?
I guess, I will not be unique at all with mentioning “work – life balance”.
What are your hobbies or activities to relax?
Being in nature, reading a good book, watching a good movie, having a glass of wine with a friend.
How do you push through your worst times?
I listen to the sad music, cry a bit, pity myself a bit, but then I always stand up and continue.
