What are your success habits?
Hard things first, prioritize and delegate — whatever your task is — always do your best, and dream big.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
What are you most proud of?
As an RBS alumna most probably, I should say that my career, but I am most proud of my family and kids.
What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I have a belt in Tae Kwon Do
What have you always wanted to try, but have never found the time to actually do it?
I am Polish by nationality and would like to start learning Polish language, but I do not have time
What is your current challenge or goal?
To find a balance between team motivation, KPIs, kids, self-development, business, and clean pans…and to lose 5 Covid kilos.
What are your hobbies or activities to relax?
One may say that it could be a bit boring, but reading is my hobby. I need just two things to have a proper rest – pyjamas and a good book.
How do you push through your worst times?
Will put a quote here: “A strong woman never gives up. She might need an extra coffee, a good cry or a day in bed, but she will always come back stronger”.
