Riga Business School Alumni Association Mentoring program is here to develop a wide spectrum of next generation leaders and cultivate life-long learning for already experienced ones to enable sustainable growth of Riga Business School community and society.

It is an annual program that matches RBS students or recent graduates together with experienced RBS alumni with a goal to accelerate personal and professional growth.

Joining the program as a mentor allows you to not only help develop your leadership experience, but also stay up-to-date with the latest business practices & gain the perspective of the new specialists that have recently entered or are just planning to enter the job market. This gives you an opportunity to gain your first experience as a mentor with the guidance & support of other mentors, all while contributing to the thriving RBS Alumni community.

As a mentee you will have the invaluable opportunity to gain insights from the C-suite generation, offering a unique perspective on the business world. Being a mentee will equip you with exceptional networking skills and foster both academic and social confidence. By participating in this program, you’ll unlock the full potential of the RBS Alumni community and receive the support needed to take that crucial first step towards your professional journey. Your mentor will be there every step of the way, guiding you to ask the right questions and sharing their expertise derived from their past and current experiences. Many previous mentees have benefited from this mentorship, helping them not only achieve their business objectives but also gain a deeper understanding of their own values.

Mentors and mentees will be matched in pairs based on their interests, values, and preferences & if there will be a positive match, we will invite you to the kick-off event.
