Course Description
The Innovation Mini-MBA program is designed to equip mid-level and senior professionals with the tools and knowledge necessary to foster a culture of innovation within their organizations. By delving into the latest innovation management theories and practices, participants will learn to identify, evaluate, develop, and implement innovative ideas. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application, including the hands-on Lean LaunchPad methodology, participants will gain the skills to drive innovation and contribute to their organization's growth and success. Through expert-led sessions covering innovation strategy, design thinking, marketing, leadership, and finance, participants will develop a deep understanding of the innovation process. Practical workshops, including the Innovation Laboratory, provide hands-on experience in applying these concepts to real-world challenges and developing innovative solutions.
Course Goals

At least 2 years of work experience as a specialist, expert or in a middle or senior management position.
