Rihards is a lecturer for the RBS MBA course “Digital Marketing” and is the founder of the “Marketing School” agency. In his 10 years of experience, Rihards has managed advertising budgets of millions of euros on the Meta and Google advertising platforms, working with 40+ companies in e-commerce and in customer attraction. Rihard has led marketing courses in the United Nations, presented at conferences and webinars, as well as now is a professor in courses on the topic.
