Monika Sonta is an expert in organizational communication and a sociologist of technology, specializing in organizational culture, internal communication, and creativity in business. She is a certified facilitator of creative work methods as FORTH Innovation Method, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, PLAYMOBILpro, certified SCRUM Master, and Design Sprint Master with over 17 years of experience collaborating with international companies in HR and communication. Monika Santa is an assistant professor at Kozminski University and is the author of business books and academic articles on creating an innovation culture through communication.
Course Description
This workshop equips you to navigate tech-driven change effectively with a human-centered approach. Through the workshop you will experience how methodologies like PROSCI (ADKAR Model), along with the playful environment (ensured via Playmobil.pro) can help you to lead your team through digital transformation and automation while building strategic alliances. Through interactive exercises and creative visualization, you will gain the skills to map stakeholder engagement strategies, optimize teamwork, and ensure a smooth and successful transition.
Course Goals
Mapping the Organizational System and highlighting interdependencies and information flows within the organization.
Showing collaborations and hierarchies through visual links.
Visualizing the Stakeholders and using a 2×2 matrix to prioritize stakeholder engagement strategies.
Strategizing based on the key strategic factors.
Illustrating Team Dynamics Through Social Graphs.
Identifying central players, clusters, and communication bottlenecks to improve teamwork.
After the course participants will be able to:
- Learn how to effectively lead and manage organizational change, minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption.
- Develop strategies to engage and influence key stakeholders throughout the change process.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to drive successful change initiatives.
- Equip your organization to adapt to technological advancements and emerging trends.
- Gain the confidence to lead and inspire your team through times of change.

The workshop will go through The Prosci ADKAR model, a goal-oriented change management model to guide invididual and organizational change in-paralel using creative facilitation methods with playmobil.pro.

A – Awareness – Of the need for change – “”I understand why…”” – Why? Why now? What if we don’t?
D – Desire – to participate and support the change – “”I have decided to…”” – WIIFM, Personal motivators, Organizational motivators
K – knowledge – on how to change – “”I know how to…”” – Within context (after A&D), Need to know during and Need to know after
A – ability – to impletement required skills and behaviors – “”I am able to…”” – Size of the K-A gaps, Barriers/capacity, Practice/coaching
R – Reinforcement – to sustain the change – “”I will continue to…”” – Mechanisms, Measurements, Sustainment
