Santa is a sworn attorney’s assistant and practices at the international law firm “Sorainen”. Santa specializes in personal data protection issues since 2018, when the General Data Protection Regulation came into force. In his day-to-day life, Santa helps clients implement internal company procedures that comply with personal data protection laws, with a special focus on aligning the client’s business needs with legal requirements, and also helps clients educate their employees on safe work with personal data.
Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of personal data protection within various digital contexts. Through four detailed lecture cycles, participants will gain insights into the legal, technical, and practical aspects of data protection in companies, digital environments, employee management, and customer interactions. This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement robust data protection measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations but not forgetting about the company’s business needs. Participants will learn about the latest regulations, best practices, and tools to protect personal data.
