Ansis Škibustus has been in the digital and IT industry for more than 14 years, where 6 of those years he led the digital agency CUBE. Ansis is currently working on product development at Giraffe360. Ansis has gained a lot of practical experience working with clients of various sizes in Latvia and the Baltics, solving the digital needs of these companies together with the team.

Course Description

This course equips professionals with the essential skills to cultivate and maintain successful partnerships within the IT and digital landscape. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of cooperation principles, agreement structures, and the dynamics of multi-level collaboration. By mastering effective communication, conflict resolution, and project management within partnerships, individuals will be empowered to optimize collaboration, achieve shared objectives, and drive organizational success.
