This year’s event will center on three critical themes shaping our region and addressing global challenges: Hybrid Warfare, Societal Resilience, and Economic Resilience.

With contributions from the distinguished faculty of The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Massachusetts, USA, and insights from other speakers, the program will explore hybrid threats, strategies for building societal cohesion, and policies to strengthen economic stability in Latvia and the Baltic States.
