This course explores the mutual influences of technology & society ecosystems in the search for a better tomorrow. Course content is balanced between advancement in science, technological topics, commercial applications of newly found possibilities, and societal influences at large. This allows them to build a sufficiently broad and deep context that should enable students to successfully apply concepts in their organizations. Today’s organizations and individuals are addicted to all kinds of Information Technology ( IT) solutions that are key to ensuring the ability to succeed. Leverage on IT to achieve business success requires a unique blend of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and experiences. A good manager should have a good understanding of standard solutions available and ways of comparing and choosing between multiple options. It is key to understand some of the underlying technologies at least as well as it is needed to be effective in dialogue with own organization’s IT people. Risks and costs associated with IT projects are always considerable; countless business and government people banked their careers on the successful implementation of an IT solution.

Course is priced at 750 Eur + VAT

Requirements to receive the certificate:

  • 80% attendance
  • active participation in classes that includes discussions, group and individual work.
