Managing Performance of Your Organization

The Managing Performance of Your Organization course provides an in-depth understanding of the essential elements required to effectively manage and control business operations. Participants will explore fundamental concepts, including the causes of management control problems and the characteristics of robust control systems. The course covers various control mechanisms, such as results, action, personnel, and cultural controls, emphasizing the importance of control system tightness to enhance organizational performance.

In addition to these control mechanisms, the course addresses the design and evaluation of management control systems, focusing on business process management (BPM) and the BPM lifecycle. Participants will learn to identify, analyze, and redesign processes using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
