Leading Through Influence – The Communication Roles of Leaders

Communication is the currency of leadership, essential for translating actions and behaviors into memorable and repeatable practices. This seminar delves into the four main communication roles within organizational life: Ambassadors, Influencers, Volunteers/Advocates, and Followers. 

Through interactive group discussions, and case studies, participants will explore how leaders can effectively present, converse, and support organizational initiatives. By understanding these roles, leaders at all levels will acquire tangible skills in listening, influencing, and fostering multidirectional communication. This seminar emphasizes the importance of both top-down and peer-to-peer communication improvements, providing practical exercises to enhance leader effectiveness.
