Development Academy for New Managers

In today’s dynamic organizational environment, leaders are expected to
demonstrate not only professional competence but also the ability to make thoughtful decisions, inspire teams, and navigate complex financial and legal matters. This three-module program is designed to prepare emerging and new leaders for the next stage of their professional development by strengthening essential leadership skills.

The program combines theory with practical exercises, discussions, and case analyses, providing participants with tools that can be immediately applied in everyday leadership practice.
