Course Description

The Short Innovation Training course is a 2-day program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to drive innovation within their organizations. Through a combination of hands-on exercises and practical discussions, participants will learn to demystify the innovation process, cultivate an innovative mindset, and master proven methodologies and tools. Morning Session:
• Welcome and introduction to problem-validation frameworks.
• Workshop: Root Cause Analysis and Problem Validation – teams identify the core issues behind the challenge.

Afternoon Session:
• Introduction to tools for value-focused ideation.
• Workshop: Teams explore creative processes to design solutions, culminating in the creation of a comprehensive Value Network.

Day 2: Capturing Value and Communicating Solutions

Morning Session:
• Workshops: Value Capturing and Ensuring Solution Sustainability – teams focus on refining solutions and ensuring long-term impact.
Lunch Break
Afternoon Session:
