She is a certified facilitator of creative work methods as FORTH Innovation Method, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, PLAYMOBILpro, certified SCRUM Master, and Design Sprint Master with over 17 years of experience collaborating with international companies in HR and communication. Monika Santa is an assistant professor at Kozminski University and is the author of business books and academic articles on creating an innovation culture through communication.
Course Description
This intensive course provides participants with the tools and techniques to navigate the complex and uncertain business landscape. By leveraging the RUPT model, emergent strategies, and system thinking, participants will learn to identify and analyze potential disruptions. “Playing Emergence” game will help to facilitate the discussions about potential events that could disrupt the business ecosystem. This experience helps participants openly to discuss threats and “worst-case scenarios”, thus making them more aware and prepare for the possibilities and opportunities that future may bring.

Course Overview
Part 1: Playing Emergence (Problem Perspective)
The first part focuses on creating an Innovation Alignment using the FORTH Innovation method, visualizing the system, and conducting stakeholder analysis through active methodologies such as LEGO SERIOUS PLAY.
Part 2: Strategizing Your Actions (Solution Perspective)
The second part culminates in the development of four scenarios outlining the directions for business development. Participants engage in a series of “”quests”” using Foresight methods and creative cards, which guide them toward the final solution—a matrix with four future scenarios.

Course participants will acquire expertise in crafting effective visual and textual elements, utilizing analytics tools such as the Facebook Pixel and CAPI, and optimizing campaign performance to maximize desired outcomes. Through a rigorous exploration of these core competencies, this course provides a robust understanding of the Meta advertising ecosystem and its strategic application.
