Course Description

This workshop focuses on future-oriented thinking based on current observations. It offers a chance to discuss the importance of continuous adaptation and agile change management. Through this change management approach, the focus is less on the existing situation and more on envisioning what could potentially unfold. Future(s) thinking and foresight methods are particularly effective here, as they lend themselves well to being quantified with data. This makes the scenarios highly contextual and allows them to be implemented with a data-driven approach, supporting strategic decision-making based on probable future outcomes rather than current conditions.

Learn to identify and analyze key trends and uncertainties shaping the future.
Master the art of scenario planning to anticipate potential futures and develop robust strategies.
