Course Description

This course empowers organizations to optimize their partnerships through rigorous evaluation and performance measurements. By examining key performance indicators, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and assessing the alignment of values and goals, participants will gain the ability to make data-driven decisions regarding ongoing collaborations. This course provides the tools and knowledge necessary to foster long-term, high-performing partnerships.
