This course empowers organizations to make informed decisions when selecting IT and digital partners. By providing a structured approach to partner selection, from needs assessment to contract negotiation, participants will develop the skills to identify suitable partners, mitigate risks, and establish successful collaborations. Through a combination of strategic planning and practical guidance, this course equips professionals with the tools to optimize IT investments and achieve business objectives.
