Students will be introduced to various subjects related to risk and its significance to modern organizations, including definitions of risk and related concepts. This content will present a framework and tools to lead and support the risk management process within their organizations. They will gain insights from several senior executives through guest lectures, enhancing their understanding of this discipline. The course provides practical case studies and applications, allowing students to critically engage with the concepts, principles, and tools of Enterprise-wide Risk Management.
