Program Coordinator

The mission of Riga Business School at Riga Technical University is to provide a modern and international education for leaders in a technology-based world. Riga Business School is located in Riga, Latvia, but provides studies for both local and foreign students. RBS provides two bachelor programs in Business Administration and IT Leadership, and a Professional MBA and Executive MBA, as well as coordinates several innovative educational programs with international partners.

We are seeking Program Coordinator

(temporary position till June 30, 2026)

Become part of the RTU Riga Business School team! The main task of this position will be to ensure and coordinate the involvement of partners in the RBS project on FinTech business education.


  1. Ensure and coordinate cooperation with higher education institutions and other partners for the implementation of the FinTech Business Education Project.
  2. Participate in the development of the higher education teaching community and provide necessary support to academic staff during the implementation of the project.
  3. Organize and maintain cooperation with FinTech ecosystem actors (FinTech companies, regulators, government institutions, etc.).
  4. Plan and implement activities and events for FinTech ecosystem actors related to the project’s aims and objectives.
  5. Contribute to the communication and public image of the project’s activities.


  • Experience in similar roles involving the coordination of collaborative processes.
  • Excellent national language skills (C2 level) and good English language skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good digital skills.
  • Punctuality and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.


  • Experience of working on EU funded projects.
  • Experience or knowledge of the FinTech industry.


  • Salary: EUR 1700.00 to 2100.00 gross, based on experience.
  • Dynamic work in a professional and dedicated team.

  • Hybrid working model with an office in the center of Riga.
  • Work in an international environment (cooperation with universities such as Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
