All the details and information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>We are happy to announce that\u00a0 the annual RBS Commencement Ceremony will take place on June 7th, from 12:00 till 14:00 at the Riga Technical University \u201cDomus Auditorialis\u201d hall, located at Zunda Krastmala 8, \u0136\u012bpsala, R\u012bga.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We look forward to celebrating this wonderful event and have prepared a short checklist:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrival Time:\u00a0<\/strong>Please arrive at the venue at 11:10 AM to collect your Commencement attire and to do other formalities related to the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gown Rental:\u00a0<\/strong>Gowns will be available for rent on-site for a EUR 20 non-refundable fee (cash or card payments accepted). Traditional square hats will also be provided. All items must be returned after the ceremony ends.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Tassel and Hood Placement:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Master\u2019s graduates:\u00a0Place tassel on the left side of the hat; carry the hood until the hooding ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s graduates:\u00a0Tassel on the right side of the hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Diploma Presentation:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Master\u2019s graduates:\u00a0kneel on one knee while being hooded.<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s graduates:\u00a0you will be handed your diploma directly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Group photos:<\/strong>\u00a0After the end of the ceremony, please do not disperse and follow directions to the group photo location and hat tossing ceremony!<\/p>\n<p><strong>End of the ceremony:\u00a0<\/strong>You are very much welcomed to take individual photos with your friends inside and outside the building. We also invite you to enjoy light refreshments on the second floor as we continue the celebration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seating:\u00a0<\/strong>All Graduates will be guided to their reserved seating in the hall. Non-reserved seats are all available for your guests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking options:\u00a0<\/strong>Free weekend parking is available at the nearby T\/C Olimpija. You can also park on the RTU parking lot and receive a fully paid parking chip at Gown rental.
