DESCRIPTION:Greenhouse 2026 is a free\, intensive three-week pre-university program by Riga Business School\, designed for motivated 10th–12th grade students interested in exploring futures in business. Held from January 17 to February 7\, 2026\, the program combines online learning with in-person sessions\, giving participants a real taste of the RBS study environment. \nThroughout the program\, students join lectures\, workshops\, and mentoring sessions led by RBS faculty\, current students\, and industry experts. Participants work in teams on real challenges provided by partner companies. The experience culminates in a final pitch event where teams present their solutions and compete for scholarships and study-fee discounts. \nGreenhouse 2026 helps students develop essential skills such as critical thinking\, teamwork\, problem-solving\, and presentation skills\, all while studying fully in English. All graduates earn extra admission points for first-year studies at RBS\, and top performers can receive scholarships. \nApplications are open from November 7\, 2025 to January 13\, 2026. DESCRIPTION:On March 7–8\, 2026\, Riga Business School will host its first international university debate tournament\, RBS IV\, bringing together students from Latvia and across Europe for two days of intensive academic debate in the British Parliamentary format. \nOrganized by the Riga Business School Debate Club\, the tournament aims to promote critical thinking\, structured argumentation\, and constructive dialogue among students while strengthening Riga Business School’s position as an internationally engaged and intellectually active academic environment. \nTournament Structure \nDuring the two-day event\, participants will compete in five preliminary rounds\, followed by semifinal and final debates featuring the highest-ranking teams. The tournament will be adjudicated by experienced judges from the Baltic and international debating community\, ensuring high academic standards and fair evaluation. \nIn addition to competitive rounds\, the event will include networking opportunities and social activities that encourage collaboration and exchange between students from different universities and countries.

DESCRIPTION:Riga Business School organizes a Bonding Camp for first-year students to help them meet classmates\, build connections\, and start their academic journey together. \nThe event takes place in Saldus in an informal setting with various activities designed to encourage students to get to know each other and foster teamwork. \nDuring the camp\, students also start a project that they will develop throughout the semester. In December\, students present their ideas to a wider audience. Traditionally\, this event includes representatives from the local municipality where the Bonding Camp and project work took place. The best projects are awarded\, promoting creativity and initiative.
